I went to Wal-Mart the other day and these colors caught my eye. They were only $3.98 each. I've never seen this brand, Salon Perfect before, so I thought I would give it a try. There are a great variety of colors, so you'll be sure to find something if interest. Have you used this brand of nail polish? What are your thoughts?
